Training
Rural Services Scotland Ltd offers practical training courses throughout Scotland, for people working in land based industries such as agriculture, horticulture and forestry. We are LANTRA Awards Approved and also a NPORS Accredited Training Provider.
We create a seasonal training programme in our most popular courses including: the use of machinery; health & safety; pesticides and chainsaws. These courses are delivered in small groups, to ensure participants enjoy an amount of one to one attention to allow specific needs to be met. We also make sure they are delivered at times that will take into account seasonal workloads.
Rural Services Scotland Ltd has also gained a reputation for arranging tailor made training courses. These can be delivered around your own work schedule, on-site or at a convenient location for your staff. We have built up a great working relationship with some of the best qualified trainers in the industry. You can also rest assured that we will get you and your staff the right training at an acceptable cost.
Our LANTRA Awards certificated courses include: Abrasive Wheels and Welding; All Terrain Vehicles; Brushcutter/Trimmer; Chainsaw; Excavators, First Aid, Forklift Trucks; MEWPs; Pesticides, Tractors and Vermin Control. Once training is completed, we can also arrange for NPTC assessment and certification following Chainsaw, Pesticides and Vermin Control training.
